10. Governing Law

        a) This Privacy Policy  shall be given by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

        b) Any disputes in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC courts and waive any objections to the venue or jurisdiction. We may also pursue claims in any other jurisdiction where we are entitled to do so.

        c) If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
